The weekly quiz returns on Thursday 9th September, a non-serious enjoyable quiz for all abilities.

The jackpot also returns, which accumulates from week to week until won.

The draw has now been made for the Handicapped Mens Singles, Mens Doubles, Ladies Doubles & Mixed Doubles.

Full details available in the clubhouse, note that the Mens Singles 1st round deadline is Sat 28th Aug.

EWLTC has recently been awarded Clubmark status by the LTA.

Any club that has been awarded Clubmark has achieved minimum operating standards in safeguarding and protecting children, quality coaching, equal opportunities and good management.

Due to popular demand, Junior Summer Tennis Camps will return in the week commencing Mon 23rd August.

£6 per session, £11 per day, £45 per week.

As from Saturday 14th August, the start of the Premiership Football Season, HDTV will be available in the clubhouse, allowing members to watch all of the latest Tennis, Football, Rugby and Golf Action with the best pictures around!

The draw has now been made for the Open Mens Singles, Mens Doubles, Ladies Doubles & Mixed Doubles.

Full details available in the clubhouse, note that the Mens Singles 1st round deadline is Sat 21st Aug.

Late season membership is now available at reduced rates.

Adults can join for £110, Familes for £220 & Seniors for just £100.

Entries are now being accepted for the Open & Handicapped club tournaments.

Closing date for entries is Thurs 5th August, sign-up sheets and full rules are available in the clubhouse.

Shaun McKee, who plays in the first team at East Wavertree Tennis Club, is an LTA Level 2 Tennis coach.

Shaun is coaching within Anthony Hardman´s Liverpool Tennis Academy structure. If any junior or senior member would like to arrange a coaching session with Shaun they are very welcome to contact him on 07890591916.

EWLTC now offers a comprehensive Junior Tennis Coaching Programme on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Saturdays, which is open to both members and non-members (Ages 4-16)

Juniors are encouraged to come down to the club on Monday Evenings to enjoy a game of tennis against fellow Juniors. You can also ask adult players to give up a court for your use as Juniors have priority. Organised Junior Evenings will run from Monday, 19th April and will begin at 6 pm.
